Service Description

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice that uses specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. At HTR, we use sound bowls (perfect pitch) and solfeggio tuning forks to give you the best service. During a sound healing session, you will lie down in a massage bed and focus on sounds produced by the singing bowls and/or tuning forks. The combination of sound frequencies, intentional breathing, and visualization techniques induces relaxation and promotes overall well-being. Note that the solfeggio frequencies can heal and transform your body, mind, and soul as every frequency has its own benefits. Let us know what you are looking to get from your session so we can make sure we have what you need.

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel your session 12 hours prior. If you don't cancel on time, you will be charged a $50 fee.
